La fleur meurt, un grain de raisin nait / The flower dies, a grape is born

Cette année on observe une avance reccord comparé à une année dite "normale". Sur certaines parcelles il y a jusqu'a 3 semaines d'avance. Cela est du au temps qui a été chaud relativement tôt.
This year the weather has been warm pretty early, which made the vines in advance compared to a "normal" year. In some blocks we are up to 3 weeks in advance.

Dans le métier (ou plutôt la passion) de vigneron on a l'habitude de dire que les vendanges commenceront 100 jours après la floraison. Avec un rapide calcul on se rend compte que cela nous mène vers fin Août.
In the job (or maybe passion) of a winegrower we normally say that the harvest will start 100 days after flowering. A quick calculation brings us to end of August.

Après la floraison arrive la nouaison, le début de la formation des baies. Bientôt des photos pour vous montrer ce stade.
After the flowering comes the fruit set stage, meaning that the berries start to grow. Soon some pictures to show you this stage.
