Here we are, the 2011 harvest started !! And 10 days earlier than last year.
Ce sont les raisins blancs viognier qui ont été les 1ers ce matin à passer dans le pressoir. Les chardonnay, grenache et roussanne suivront dans les jours à venir.
The white grapes viognier were the firsts to go through the press this morning. The chardonnay, grenache and roussanne will follow later in the week.
