The harvester works on a simple principle: a ripe fruit will naturally fall from the tree, in our case the machine shakes the vine to make the fruit fall.
The Chateau Saint Nabor has been using a harvester machine for over 25 years now, in this philosophy the vineyard has been established to optimise the mechanical harvest.
Every year the harvester goes through a total check up to insure the good fonction of the machine.
